The dawn of each new year presents potential. This year, we challenge you to take hold of the opportunity and take control. While no lifestyle change happens over night, it certainly starts with a step. Our challenge is broken up into 3 parts over the course of 4 weeks: Nutrition, Movement and Motivation.
