Corporate Sales Ordering Requirements 

 

  1. INVENTORY: Please keep in mind that we are always subject to inventory availability.  tasc Performance accepts orders on a per project basis and does not allow our corporate partners to hold inventory for future orders.  tasc Performance does not allow product to be included on our corporate resellers website without written approval.   

 

  1. DECORATION: Decoration service are available upon inquiry 

 

  1. PDF LOGO: Since it is important for us to know who we are co-branding with, please email a hi-res PDF (.ai/vector) or .dst file of the logo associated with every order.   

 

  1. MINIMUMS: With the exception of sample orders, there is a 24 piece minimum on orders that are being drop shipped to a decorator or a 36 piece minimum order for in-house decoration.   

 

  1. ACCOUNT SET UP: Corporate accounts must be established by completing our Corporate Account Application https://form.jotform.com/tascperformance/authorization-form-corporate-guide 

 

  1. ORDER PROCESS: All orders must be placed in writing with tasc Performance.  Each order must have style name, number, color and quantity run clearly marked and if order is to be decorated, we must have appropriate file format and clear logo instructions to include logo placement, color preference, etc.   

 

  1. ADD ON ORDERS: Add on orders may be placed within 30 days of the original order.  Add on orders do not meet minimum order requirements and will receive the same discount as the original order.  Add on orders must be for the same customer and the same style#/color# to qualify.  Please clearly state that this is a Add-On order at the time of submission and reference the original order.  

 

  1. DISTRIBUTION: You must have written approval from tasc Performance to sell any tasc Performance products directly to consumers. 

 

  1. PRICING: 2017 

 

  • 0-100 pieces20% off Retail 
  • 101-200 pieces25% off Retail 
  • 201-300 pieces30% off Retail 
  • 301+ pieces35% off Retail 

 

  1. ORDER RETURNS: If you find that you need to return part of an order, order returns (non decorated pieces only) are accepted for up to 30 days past ship date and are charged a 15% restocking fee.  If you need to submit a return, please contact tasc Performance directly to establish a RMA.  All returns are subject to tasc Performance review prior to approval and must be in re-sellable condition.  

 

  1. SHIPPING: Ground orders will be shipped out in 2-3 business days.  All orders must use UPS of FedEX.  Expedited shipping must be requested and communicated in writing with tasc Performance.
