Order Information

To easily process a return, please click here.

Our no-hassle returns policy assures that all charges will be refunded if you are not entirely satisfied with your order (restrictions and exclusions apply). To process your free return/exchange, please return your items within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.

 The items you are returning must also be in like new condition (unwashed and original hang tags).

  • All sale items are final sale.
  • All underwear, compression shorts, socks and custom embroidered items are final sale – no returns or exchanges can be issued. 
  • Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
  • We will not refund the original shipping cost.

Any items received washed or worn will not be available for a refund or exchange.

Amazon: Items purchased via Amazon must be returned via Amazon and are subject to their return policies.

Local Retailers: Items purchased from other retailers and local stores may not be returned to tasc Performance directly. 

If an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@tascperformance.com with a photo of the damage on your item and we will gladly ship out a replacement. 

Warranty - We will replace any garment purchased from our online store within a year of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. This excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have a garment that you believe is defective please let us know by emailing photos to info@tascperformance.com.

Payments and Shipping

We use FedEx for shipping all our online orders. Your shipping total is calculated by Fedex, not tasc Performance. Orders shipped via FedEx Home Delivery will typically deliver in 1-5 business days, depending on the distance to your destination. 

For expedited shipping methods (Express Saver, 2 Day, or Overnight), please place the order before 12:00pm (noon) CST to ensure same-day shipping.

*Note: Transit times for FedEx Home Delivery are not guaranteed. For guaranteed transit times please select Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight. tasc Performance will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Yes, international shipping is now available! We offer shipping to international customers via Zonos shipping service. If you run into any problems during checkout, please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@tascperformance.com and our team will support you in any way we can.

Yes, we do accept Visa and Vanilla Gift Cards! However, please note that these cards must be activated online before use. To activate your card, simply visit https://balance.vanillagift.com/ and follow the instructions. Once activated, you can use your gift card to make purchases on our website.

tasc Rewards

As a tasc Rewards member, you’ll get closer to earning exclusive rewards every time you shop.  Create an account here and start earning points every time you shop to redeem for exclusive discounts.

Only one code - discount code OR rewards points code - can be used at checkout at a time. Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or additional rewards. Reward points are eligible for regular-priced items only - excluding Collegiate and Mardi Gras Apparel - and cannot be redeemed or earned for sale items.

Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for sale items. Rewards Points cannot be earned from purchase of sale items.

Tasc Rewards points cannot be redeemed and used towards purchasing a gift card.

Tasc Rewards points will expire after 12 months from the time the rewards are placed into your account. 

Our current software capabilities prevent us from being able to offer reward point redemption on orders that contain both full price and sale items. It cannot tell the difference between a cart with all sale items vs. a cart with sale items and regular priced items. To redeem your rewards, ensure your order only contains full priced items. You may place separate orders to ensure you receive all the products you want. We will continue to work to improve our rewards program and our site experience for our customers.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes can be applied to your orders when going through the checkout process. Enter your discount code into the box labeled "Gift card or discount code". Enter the code, hit "Apply," and your total should reflect the new amount. 

Please note: our website allows only one discount code per order. Stacking discount codes is not allowed or able to occur. 

Discount codes are only eligible for select items, exclusions may apply. Our discount codes do not apply to Collegiate Styles, Sleepwear, Sale Items, Hats, or Bundles.

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied - no price adjustments can be made on previous purchases.

Unfortunately, our Collegiate apparel is not eligible for discounts at this time.

Product and Manufacturing

Most of our signature fabrics can be washed normally like other knit fabrics. They should be machine-washed cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low, and low iron if needed. Please do not use any fabric softener or Oxi Clean to care for your tasc Performance garments as this will affect the moisture-wicking property of the fabric.

We recommend not using hot water or drying on high heat.

Regarding Fabric Softener - Fibers absorb the fabric softener during laundering, which makes them have more body (become "fluffier"). This limits the amount of water/sweat that the fibers are able to absorb/wick from the skin during activity and will affect the performance of the product.

Though our certificates contain proprietary information and cannot be published publicly, our fabric is OEKO-TEX 100 certified at the fiber stage and at the finished fabric stage.

We use 3rd party testing labs (Intertek and SGS) to certify the UPF rating on our clothing. Check out our page for more information on sun protective clothing!

MOSOtech is a sustainably made fabric that combines organic cotton, bamboo viscose, and elastane. This fabric blend not only allows for the soft, comfortable texture you know and love, but is breathable, naturally anti-ordor, and offers UPF protection.

BamCo® is our specialized process that optimizes the natural feel and inherent characteristics of plant-based fibers, making our signature fabric more comfortable, durable, and with performance features that last for the lifecycle of the garment.

Bamboo fabric is naturally gentle on the skin. This makes it an ideal choice for individuals prone to skin conditions or sensitivities. The smooth, round fibers of bamboo minimize friction against the skin, reducing the risk of rashes and discomfort. Additionally, bamboo fabric resists the accumulation of dust mites and allergens, promoting a cleaner and healthier environment. This natural resistance ensures that even the most sensitive skin remains protected and comfortable. The performance qualities of our fabric are inherent to the fiber and are not applied as a chemical additive. This means that the UPF and anti-odor performance will last for the life of the garment and not degrade with wearing and washing.

Bamboo's environmental impact is notably lower than that of many traditional textile sources, making it a preferred choice for eco-friendly clothing. This resilient plant grows rapidly, reaching maturity in just a few years, and can be harvested without the need for replanting, thanks to its robust root system. This regenerative capacity means bamboo plays a crucial role in preventing soil erosion and maintaining land health. Furthermore, bamboo requires significantly less water than cotton, reducing strain on water resources in its cultivation areas. Its natural pest resistance eliminates the need for harmful pesticides and fertilizers, which are common in other crop productions. These factors contribute to bamboo's reputation as a sustainable raw material, providing a green alternative in the textile industry.
