1. Program Overview
The tasc Loyalty Program is offered at the sole discretion of tasc Performance. The Program allows eligible customers to earn points and receive rewards on qualifying purchases, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
tasc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who create a registered account at tascperformance.com. tasc may exclude certain individuals, accounts, or order types at its sole discretion.

3. Qualifying Purchases & Exclusions
Points may only be earned on qualifying full-price merchandise purchases made at tascperformance.com.
The following purchases are excluded from the Program entirely and are not eligible for earning or redeeming rewards:
- Gift cards (physical or digital)
- Sale items/marked-down or discounted merchandise
- Limited-time promotional items designated as ineligible
- Shipping fees
- Taxes
- Donations
- Prior purchases made before enrollment
These exclusions apply to both: earning points, and redeeming rewards
tasc reserves the right to designate additional products or categories as excluded at any time.

4. Earning Points
- Points are earned based on the order subtotal only, defined as the total merchandise amount before discounts, promotional codes, taxes, shipping, gift cards, or other fees.
- Points are calculated only on eligible full-price merchandise.
- Points will be issued after the order has shipped and payment has been processed.
- If an order contains both eligible and ineligible items, points will be calculated solely on the eligible merchandise subtotal.
tasc reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a purchase qualifies for points.

5. Redeeming Rewards
- Rewards may be issued in the form of discounts, promotional offers, early access, or other benefits as determined by tasc.
- Rewards may only be redeemed on eligible full-price merchandise.
- Rewards cannot be applied to gift cards, sale items, marked-down merchandise, clearance items, taxes, shipping, or prior purchases.
- Rewards must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
- Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
tasc reserves the right to substitute, modify, restrict, or discontinue any reward at any time.

6. No Retroactive Adjustments
- Points and rewards are not retroactive.
- Members may not claim points, rewards, tier status, or benefits for purchases made prior to enrollment or prior to the effective date of any Program change.
- Changes to earning rates, reward values, tier thresholds, expiration policies, or Program benefits apply prospectively only and will not be applied retroactively.
- Expired points or rewards will not be reinstated.

7. No Order Modifications or Refunds Based on Rewards
tasc does not:
- Edit, adjust, or reprocess completed orders to apply rewards or points after checkout.
- Refund or credit for unredeemed rewards.
- Recalculate prior purchases for point-earning purposes.
- Apply rewards to orders containing excluded merchandise.
All redemptions must occur at the time of purchase on eligible items only.

8. Returns & Point Adjustments
If a purchase is returned, cancelled, or refunded:
- Points earned on that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account.
- If a reward was applied to an eligible item that is returned, the reward value may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns of ineligible merchandise do not generate points.
tasc reserves the right to correct point balances at any time.

9. Expiration
Points expire 365 days after the earned date. Expired points will not be reinstated.
tasc may modify expiration timelines at its sole discretion. Any expiration policy changes apply prospectively.

10. Program Changes & Termination
tasc reserves the right to:
- Modify earning rates, redemption values, tier structures, exclusions, benefits, and expiration policies at any time.
- Add or expand categories of excluded merchandise.
- Suspend or terminate the Program without notice.
- Revoke points or terminate accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

The Program creates no vested rights. Points and rewards are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and do not constitute property.
